About Youth Impact Ogden

Since 1992 Youth Impact Ogden has been serving youth who reside in the Ogden community. The program started with a handful of young people who needed a safe place and has continuously grown over the years with new faces coming on a regular basis.

Our daily program consists of transporting participants from over 30 schools in the Ogden and Weber School Districts. A variety of quality programs are also provided to the participants. Notable areas of the program are the Learning Center, Arts & Crafts, STEM, Recreational Sports, Ballet Folkloriko, and one-on-one daily mentoring of our youth. A home-cooked meal is prepared every evening by our in-house chef and participants who are part of the culinary program. At the end of a fun and eventful day, participants are given a ride home to their front door and made sure they are safely in their homes.

“Youth Impact was not one individual’s intention, nor was its purpose today even fathomed from its beginning. The beauty of this program is that a cause found us. The rewards come from the program faces of today and the accolades from those who have participated in the past. We thank everyone who has given their time, money, and donations to make this program possible.” – Robb Hall, Founder

What We Do

Youth impact mentoring and life skills.

Mentorship/Life Skills

Youth Impact is unique in the fact that our mentors have either grown up in the program or have had similar life experiences to our participants. Our staff-to-child ratio of 1:10 allows us to truly be a part of each of our participants’ and families’ lives. We can connect them to much-needed resources including counseling and government assistance.

Academics

At Youth Impact, education is our number one priority. We keep track of grades, attendance, and behavior within the Ogden/Weber school districts. If a child needs extra assistance, we have tutors who can assist them daily in our Learning Center. Our priority is to help every child see their future and their potential.

Community Service

Because we receive so much from our community, Youth Impact makes sure we give back. Our participants and staff venture out weekly for park cleanups and monthly for more in-depth services. If you would like to request us for a community service project, please contact us.
