Our Mission & Story
Our mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of at-risk children and teenagers in Ogden, Utah.
Founded in 1992, Youth Impact provides a stable and positive environment where young people can thrive. We offer daily academic help, engaging activities, and a supportive community, serving over 500 youth annually.
Our Journey
1998
First Program Expansion
Expanded to include after-school tutoring and homework help programs for elementary students.
2005
New Facility
Moved to our current location on Grant Avenue, allowing us to serve more youth in a dedicated space.
2010
Community Partnerships
Established partnerships with local schools and community organizations to expand our reach.
2018
Program Innovation
Introduced STEM programs, culinary arts, and expanded our community service initiatives.
2024
Serving 500+ Youth
Now serving over 500 youth annually with comprehensive programs and dedicated staff.

"Youth Impact was a fun and helpful experience throughout my 8 years of being a participant there. It helped me develop a lot of skills I use in my current day-to-day life, including Socialization, gratitude, generosity, kindness, and most importantly, pursuing my passions. Today, I run my own car club; that is centered around the ideals I took away from Youth Impact. Community service, and changing the outlook on things that don't have a great image, such as the car scene here in Utah. "In the late 90s early 2000s I would go to Youth Impact after school to do homework, work n the arts and crafts, do community activities...I can still remember when Rob Hall took us to go see the new building that we got to move into from the little church house that started it all. From 50 , to 75, to over 120 kids.. I remember how each holiday we got to do fun things... My favorite was Christmas when when Timmie Santa Clause would come, and we would always get things we needed. We would go on trips to see things and play games... I could go on forever. My favorite activities were going with the Special Olympics and helping them with whatever needed to be done. (there's the pic of one year of helping) I would say Youth Impact made me feel safe and kept me busy with all the clubs and activities. My parents never worried about where we were, they would know where to find us. I can say that Rob picked the best logo/theme: A safe place to be a kid. Because at Youth Impact it was for the kids and nothing but the kids."
